Welcome to From the Right Side

This is the inaugural blog of From the Right Side. Primarily this blog will contain pictures and images of creative works. Wile the left side (hemisphere) of the brain is responsible for logical, verbal, analytical and linear processes, the right side of the brain is intuitive, holistic and visual side. In short, it is the creative side.

After working for many years in the IT field using primarily my left brain, I've decided to do a career change and embrace what has been bundled up inside me for many years - my passion, my desire, my need even, to create. I am now a burgeoning interior designer. I've enrolled with the Art Institute of Pittsburgh to pursue a B.S. in Interior Design. And, boy, does it feel great, right, fulfilling.

I will post in this blogs creative works of all kinds. Some will be photos taken by me. Others will be photos taken by others. Still others will be work from my interior design course. Beauty and creation surround us all. I will also publish names of books and other resources that I think will be helpful in developing and enhancing the artist in us all.
